Smarter Cloud Sync

The app now syncs more intelligently using targeted updates (creating, pulling, or deleting individual prompts) instead of syncing everything at once. Full sync is still available if you need it.
Added a new
Reload prompts from cloud
option in settings. If your local data ever looks incorrect, you can securely download a fresh copy from our servers.

most recently updated
prompt, matching the exact order you see in the sidebar.
